What type of events is this good for?
Graphic recording works great for keynotes, panel discussions, strategy sessions, workshops, conferences and forums—anywhere ideas are flowing.
Do you do this virtually or only in-person?
Both! We can join you in-person or draw remotely via Zoom, Google Meet or your preferred platform.
How big are the drawings?
For digital recording, we create high-resolution files. For analog, we can draw on whiteboards, paper rolls or foam boards, depending on the venue.
What is included when working with Pushpin?
Each engagement includes:
- A pre-event briefing to align on goals and style
- Real-time graphic recording during your event
- A high-resolution digital file of the final artwork
Can we use the visuals after the event?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file that’s perfect for post-event reports, social media, internal recaps or fundraising decks. Many of our clients repurpose them in creative ways for weeks or even months after.
How long does it take to get the final visuals?
We’ll send over the materials right after the event.
Do you need the presentation material ahead of time?
Nope! Just share with us the title of your presentation and the session goals, then we’ll take care of the rest.
Can we hire you for a multi-day event or recurring sessions?
Yes! We’ve worked on one-time webinars to week-long conferences and ongoing strategy meetings. We’re happy to co-design a package that fits your needs!
Do you do graphic recording workshops?
