Challenge

AdSpark co-hosted the DigPH Digital Marketing Convention for SME’s at Crowne Plaza last July 13, 2016.

The Philippines’ largest digital and mobile marketing convention for SME’s offered practical tips, digital business tools, and insightful case studies for attendees. Four sets of breakout sessions covered a wide-range of topics from maximizing social media to building e-commerce sites.

Pushpin’s objective was to capture key learnings so that attendees may also benefit and not feel like they missed out on the other breakout sessions happening at the same time. We were also tasked to come up with a process that showcased and leveraged digital technology as well.

Solution

Pushpin created visual summaries of each of the sessions, live and in real-time, using iPads connected to LCD projectors.

The projections allowed attendees to see the work as it was being created. The finished digital images were then uploaded to social media throughout the event, using the event hashtag. We also exported the visual summaries as timelapse videos that we displayed during the event and later posted online. Finally, they were compiled into souvenir PDF’s and e-mailed to attendees and the speakers.
